Shipping & Returns

Valid for physical products. Please note that our digital products are non-refundable after activation or download. For all our products our copyright policy also applies.


Due to COVID-19 shipping may take longer than the provided shipping times per country. Thank you for your understanding and support!


Shipping Times

We aim to fulfil all orders within 1 working day. Working days are Monday to Friday and excluding Dutch bank holidays.

Once an order has been processed shipping is estimated as:

  • The Netherlands: 2 – 3 Working Days
  • Europe: 3 – 10 Working Days
  • Rest of the world: 7 – 15 Working Days

Delivery timeframes do not include weekends, holidays, delays experienced with customs clearance at the border or local carriers. Please bear this in mind when placing your order. An estimated delivery time is provided when you place an order. Delivery times are estimates and are to be used as a guide only. The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location etc.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the location to which the order is sent. To find out how much your order will cost select your country during the checkout process.


Correct Shipping Information

It is the customers responsibility to provide correct shipping details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to address errors. Examples of this are: forgetting a house number, misspelling, putting information in the wrong box such as writing the street name in the ‘city’ box, etc.


Customs Fees, Import Duties, Taxes

Customs fees, import duties or taxes incurred for international deliveries are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If you require further information about your country’s taxes or duties, please contact your local customs or other relevant authorities directly.


Returns & refunds

We hope you enjoy our Mystery Games as much as we do. However, if you do need to return your order for whatever reason, you need to:

  • Notify us that you would like to return your order via email sent to info@wackywheels.nl up to 14 days after receiving the order
  • Package your order securely to ensure it is returned in a good condition. Products can only be returned if they are completely unused.
  • Return your order to us within 14 days from notifying us

If the product is returned in good condition, you will be refunded with the full order amount, including the initial shipment cost. Please note that the return’s shipping costs will not be refunded. Refunds are issued only when we’ve received and checked the returned product(s).


Damaged Order

In the unfortunate case that your order arrives damaged, please send us an email to info@wackywheels.com along with photo evidence within 3 days of receiving your order. We will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible, with a suitable solution (also taking return shipping costs into consideration).
